  • Colorado State University, Research Innovation Center, Fort Collins, CO

    This 72,000 square foot, $53 million facility, funded through university bonds, is a hybrid of business office space, university research offices and advanced bioscience laboratories, conceptualized to build university partnerships with Colorado State University startup businesses and existing businesses. The Research Innovation Center (RIC) facility includes energy-saving design features, highly efficient systems and sophisticated laboratories, and will house the Colorado Center for Drug Discovery, or C2D2, part of a statewide initiative to bolster bioscience commercialization infrastructure in Colorado.
